Orders are delivered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoons and ONLY within 35 km of our shop.

Cash payment is valid for in-store pick-up only.

Due to the freshness of our ingredients, we currently do not deliver beyond our designated area.


Return policy

Can I return raw pet food?

Given the perishable nature of these products, we cannot accept returns. If you encounter any issue with your order, please contact us by text (705-347-2592) or email ( If you have any concern about product quality, please let us know and we can find a solution for you and your furry friend. 

If you wish to return other non-raw items (excluding sale items), we will gladly issue a store credit, full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags, with proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.
